The Melbourne Flower Company returns and refunds

The Melbourne Flower Company are committed to providing the best quality flowers and the finest designs. We understand that the orders you request are very important and should be delivered to the recipient to your direct specifications.

However, there may be occasions where you have concerns regarding your order meeting expectations, in these circumstances we suggest you contact The Melbourne Flower Company directly as soon as possible to discuss a favorable resolution to your concerns.

It is a general rule of thumb that flowers should last between 3-7 days. It is suggested that you ensure your flowers get water and are not exposed to elements such as heat in order to prolong their lifespan.

Any refunds for online or over the phone orders are credited back to the original credit card on which the order as purchased.

Order Cancellations

If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled, please contact The Melbourne Flower Company as soon as possible.

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • orders which have left with our couriers cannot be cancelled
  • orders which have not yet been prepared by our florists may be cancelled. A $15 cancellation fee applies.
  • orders which have been prepared but have not yet left with our couriers may be cancelled but will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the arrangement less the delivery fee.



If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address) a redelivery fee will apply. Please refer to the delivery guide.

If The Melbourne Flower Company is in any way responsible for the redelivery this redelivery fee will not apply.
